The Easter Bunny is a girl.

Easter weekend was sort of epic for River...although I'm not sure she will ever fully appreciate it. Lol. That's cool. I got some really epic photos, so we're good.

Friday night we colored eggs. Saturday morning we were up early to join my lovely bosses at the TCA for their egg hunt and "after party." River had a blast! I really enjoyed watching her find eggs all on her own. No help. They had a woman Easter bunny come out and greet the kiddos. I'm pretty sure she was also Jewish...River thought that was the coolest thing...but from a safe distance :).

Had a relaxing lunch at Whole Foods. Saturday afternoon was spent with good friends at Winter's birthday. Uber fun watching 3 year olds hit a dinosaur pinata with all they've got! haha. The rest of Saturday was spend with my parents. She can't ever get enough of being with them.

Sunday morning was our egg hunt at home and she got her Easter basket with us. I think she may have eaten her weight in chocolate. Well, hopefully not, as most of our eggs were filled with trail mix and stickers, but it felt like it! lol. Then we went to Old Windmill Dairy in Estancia. That was really fun. Egg hunt #3, petting baby goats, and eating fresh goat cheese. River loves goat cheese. Don't even get me started...:) I got to sit on a tractor, Chris got to choke out a goat, we all had fun ;). Sunday dinner was spent with Chris' parents. Yum yum ham and super yum yum cheesy pasta. Egg hunt #3. At some point River started coring the hard boiled Easter eggs and eating them straight out of her basket. Crazy girl. Phew! 

And for the records...River is insistent that the Easter Bunny is a girl. Just FYI ;).

Whirlwind Easter weekend. Now to focus on next weekend....Oh I wouldn't have it any.other.way.
